About half a century has passed since Daiichi Building (founded in 1960) started as the first postwar office building at the main entrance of Sendai, the capital of Tohoku.

Currently, as the building industry faces increasingly fierce competition, our company is enhancing asset management functions such as facility operations by strengthening information gathering and thoroughly improving services, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction by creating higher value-added services.
